Juliana StrieffCreative Design Lead - Global Design Innovation
Juliana Strieff is the Creative Design Lead for McDonald’s Global Design & Facilities Innovation team. Responsible for initiating and developing new concepts in architecture, interiors & retailing, her team works to develop both iconic flagship experiences as well as those that can scale across the brand’s 37,000+ global locations.
Prior to joining the McDonald’s Development team eight years ago, Juliana spent over ten years in historic real estate development and construction, working on several critically-acclaimed boutique restaurants in the Southeast US.
A licensed architect, Juliana holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Painting & Sculpture from Illinois State University. She is an adjunct professor and enjoys mentoring young designers as they find their voices.
